Shipping options and delivery
We offer reliable shipping services to ensure your Sweet, Salsy, and A Little Sassy products arrive at your doorstep. Standard shipping is provided via the US Postal Service. For customers who prefer an alternative, we also offer shipping through UPS. While we do not offer expedited shipping speeds at this time, we strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly.

Understanding shipping costs
Our standard shipping rate is $7.50. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for certain items based on their weight. These charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, ensuring transparency before you finalize your purchase. We occasionally offer special promotions that may include free shipping, so keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased items. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If a product breaks during shipping, we are happy to replace the damaged item. Please contact us immediately upon receipt with details and photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Damaged or unexpected items
As the majority of our products are handmade, minor blemishes or small "defects" are part of their charm and individuality. These are not considered flaws but rather characteristics of a unique, artisanal product. If an item is severely damaged during transit, we will replace it. For custom-made items, we create them based on your specific request. Please understand that color and design may vary slightly from expectations due to the handmade process. We always strive to send out only the highest quality products.
